It was in this role that Mike acquired his sound knowledge of the West Australian planning system and he was also able to further hone his project management skills being responsible for assembling and managing a large multi-discipline project team that comprised structural, civil, geotechnical and hydraulic engineers, surveyors, architects, environmental scientists and contractors.
